• Encompasses the Pre-occupational Management Service.
• Relying on our selection matrix and profile analysis, it is the search for qualified human resource for specific positions as per the client’s requirements.
• Once the candidate’s profile is defined, MTG conducts a thorough screening of three (3) to five (5) possible applicants, from which the client can choose the person who best conforms to his needs.

Pre- Occupational Management
This service is oriented to those clients having a base of profiles or resume, but lacking a structured process for analyzing them.
Through this service, MTG Servicios offers the alternative of outsourcing the analysis of client-referred candidates under the following perspectives:
• Getting to know the candidate:
-Exploratory Interview.
-Application of a series of psychotechnical tests.
• Reference check.
• Medical exams:

Consists in the automated calculation of the Client’s fixed employee payroll, and its scope encompasses three phases:
• Auditing the Client’s processes with the purpose of validating the compliance with aspects contemplated in the Labor Law and its Regulation (OLL and OLLR).
• Parameterization and management of the Client’s payroll in MTG’s system:
- Maintenance of employees’ files.
- Calculation of frequent payments and provisions (salary, commissions, vacation bonus, profit sharing, fringe benefits, and interest on benefits).
- Calculation of annual payments and provisions (vacations)

Consists in the calculation of the Client’s fixed employees’ settlements whose labor-contract relations have ended.

• Severance settlement cover page.
• Calculation of profit sharing and fringe benefits.
• Calculation of vacations and vacation bonus.
It is the Client’s responsibility to make the payment of employees’ settlements and deliver the respective supports.
