• Assignee’s performance: Collects the assignee’s performance level in his/her work, through interviews to his/her supervisor.

Exclusive online system to grant access to our Web page to the Client’s workers, assignees, supervisors and administrative staff with the purpose of:

• Channeling the review and delivery of hour reports online (currently available).

• Making requirements online, for example, data updating, emission of work certificates, requests for benefit and by-weekly salary advances (currently available).

• Obtaining information on the hours worked, extra hours, absences, viaticum, vacations, profit sharing, accumulated benefits and information relevant for users (currently available).

Workshops

Preparing activities, workshops and courses for assignee personnel with no extra cost for our Clients.

Sense of Belonging

Increasing our assignee personnel’s productivity through their participation in our MTG program to develop a sense of belonging.

Service Guarantee

Personnel replacement guarantee provided during the adjustment period with a response time no longer than 5 working days.
